Description: This $12 million project removed the existing air dome fabric and replaced it with a steel structure to support a new "hybrid" roof system. The outer section would be an external finished surface of stainless steel and the translucent center portion would be Teflon coated fiberglass. The 16,300 seat domed stadium is used for athletics, concerts, sports camps, recreation, community events, craft shows, convocations, and Commencement ceremonies.
